Caste and Actual Line of Control Certificates are issued by Tehsildar concerned. Applicants may approach their respective Tehsildar Offices for these Certificates. Document required for various certificates are as follows

Extract of Khasra Girdawari /Misal-i-Haqiat /Jamabandi, continuously for not less than last 15 years

Extract of Chowkidara /Chullah Bandi, continuously for the last not less than 15 years

Attested copy of Ration Card

Attested copy of Voter list

Income certificate, wherever applicable

SC / ST :
