PWD (R&B) Division Poonch deals with Construction of Roads, Bridges , Buildings and Maintenance of the same. The buildings include those owned by Department like Dak Bungalows, Rest Houses, Offices etc and those belonging to other Department where funds for construction/ maintenance are provide by concerned Department. The Division is headed by Executive Engineer and is further divided into four Sub-Divisions Poonch, Mandi, Surankote and Mendhar each headed by an Assistant Executive Engineer. The Sub Divisions are further divided into sections which are looked after by Junior Engineers.
